Chargrilled Tuna with chilli and lime
For a simple yet sensational main course, you can't go wrong with these Oriental-inspired tuna steaks.
Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks
- 2 tsp oil
- 8 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 large lime juiced
- ½ red chilli, deseeded and chopped
- 4 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 tsp sesame oil

Timing
Cooking time: 15 mins

Instructions
- Rub the oil over the tuna steaks and place on the preheated grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes or according to preference, turning halfway through.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together and brush over the tuna steaks a couple of minutes before they are ready to come off the grill. Serve remaining sauce as an accompaniment, adding a tbsp or so of water if you so wish.
